Survey
	As many as three million Californians are afflicted with a neurological condition. These numbers and the data driven results from the survey will provide the California NeuroAlliance and its members, a powerful voice in advocating for the unmet needs of its constituencies. The American Academy of Neurology (AAN) in partnership with member organizations in the California NeuroAlliance, has created a multi-condition online assessment tool that will allow individuals with chronic neurological conditions to report on the state of their healthcare and community support systems. This project is a direct outgrowth of a longstanding partnership with members of the California NeuroAlliance, a coalition of voluntary health organizations and neurologists organized with the assistance of the AAN more than five years ago. We anticipate that data from this project will establish a stronger foundation for future "evidence-based advocacy" by the NeuroAlliance and member organizations at the state and federal levels and with health plans.
